In a department bulletin paper published by Momoyamagakuin University Research Institute, titled "Managing Social Innovation and Organizational Change from Systemic Perspective," it examines the complex relationship between social innovation and organizational change from systemic perspectives.
The researchers of the paper tackled issues split into sections: social innovation, viable systems theory, ethics and social responsibility, and a new thinking in management paradigm.
According to the researchers, in order to suggest a new thinking of the management paradigm in organizational contexts, they regard ethics and social responsibility as an integral for theoretical imperative to nurture a new thinking in management paradigm.
They also find that the development of viable systems theory suggest new possibilities towards a systems based philosophy that is useful for the livability and sustainability of the capitalism in South Korea.
