Tahboub expresses that innovation is an essential growth factor among enterprises. He adds that companies can foster a learning environment that promotes creativity and innovation. By fostering this kind of environment, it also encourages loyalty and motivation among employees and staff.
Tahboub shares a Bayt.com's 2018 Ideal Workplace in the Middle East and North Africa survey where it indicates that one in three respondents state that training and development opportunities are the key drivers of loyalty after salary.
Tahboub gives four tips for companies in how to harness a strong learning culture: 1) Start with your own learning process; 2) Focus on behavior as well; 3) Follow up with employees; and 4) Hire the right people.
