Wild horse advocates argued before a panel of the Tenth Circuit on Tuesday morning for another chance to preserve management of over 1,000 wild horses roaming public lands in southwest Wyoming.
Officials approved a plan to remove the animals due to rampant straying onto private lands.
The Bureau of Land Management disagreed with that interpretation and argued that it has the authority to decide that certain lands should or should not be managed for other uses.
