Executive Support to the President & CEO:Provide high level support to the president & CEO, such as managing an active calendar and handling correspondence that may be confidential.

Board Support: Create a comprehensive, year-long Community Foundation calendar of standing committee meetings and major events.

Leadership Team Support: Manage external nonprofit event invitations, track sponsorship details and payments, and collect RSVPs for donors and Board members.
