Philadelphia Nonprofits Fight Back After Fnc Collapse

Federation of Neighborhood Centers lost hundreds of thousands of dollars belonging to dozens of neighborhood organizations.

FNC CEO said the center grew too quickly, taking on more clients without proper financial guardrails.

The Hard Raise a Good Day campaign is the first of a three-prong effort by 24 nonprofits impacted by the demise of FNC's fiscal sponsorship program.

After raising money to get the two dozen organizations out of debt, the campaign wants to restore services that were abruptly shut down.
